What is the difference between Graphite and Composite paddles?
Graphite paddles are lightweight and offer superior control and feel, making them ideal for competitive play. Composite paddles feature a textured surface that provides extra power and allows for better spin on the ball.
How long does shipping take within the Philippines?
We offer nationwide shipping. Orders within Metro Manila typically arrive in 2-3 business days, while provincial deliveries take approximately 5-7 business days via our local courier partners.
Do you offer a warranty on PickleballPH equipment?
Yes, all our premium paddles come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from ground impact is not covered.
Are your balls suitable for indoor or outdoor play?
We stock both! Outdoor balls are heavier with smaller holes to resist wind, while indoor balls are lighter with larger holes for better bounce on gym floors. Please check the product description before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select areas to ensure a convenient shopping experience for all Filipino players.
Can I return or exchange a paddle if I don't like the grip?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, paddles with the plastic wrap removed from the handle cannot be returned unless there is a factory defect.
